Should be 0 stars. I have been a customer of Zia in Tucson and Tempe since 1985. Between July of 2008 and now (September 2009) I spent over $2200.00 in those stores. Because of the arrogant and contemptuous way I was treated in my most recent visit, I will never be going back again. They don't value their longtime customers.
