Boo :-( I came in on new years eve to very happy to purchase some gift certificates and the first thing out of the bartenders mouth when I said gift certificate was, we aren't doing the special anymore, then she asked "well, how much are you spending?" Like she didn't want my money. Not very tactful, not apologetic . . . for over $500 in spending for five minutes of time at 5pm in the evening, I would expect a little better service and at least a thank you for choosing to do business with us.
