New Star Chiropractic and Dr. Lu are the same practice. I'm familiar with NAET and chiropractic and wanted one to find a practitioner closer to home. Dr. Lu sat me down and explained I would need some 20-30 sessions, with discounts if I paid the full amount, half, a third or by session. I chose by session at $115 each. Dr. Lu is a chiropractor, but I think he only practices acupuncture. I am not sure if he has a M.D., his card says he is a MD in China, but not in US. I had a shoulder pain tear resulting from an accident and went in to see him. In stead of giving me the right diagnosis, he simply told me I have frozen shoulder without even checking and he said I will need 30 acupuncture treatments to cure my 'frozen shoulder', each treatment is a $45 in cash.
