Worst experience today, the moment we entered the shop the lady was on a call, forget about greeting we had to wait until she is done, this lady is so judgmental not just with us but another lady who popped in today she was saying something (in Gujrati lang I guess) not even interested to open the door. Reckless through out the process, I end up purchasing a small ring but never ever going back, dear lady pls change your mindset I donāt think even in India the smallest store treat their customers with smile and respect!Ā
I bought a gold chain for $1250, but it broke after one month. The shop refused a full refund and only offered $800. I agreed to repair, but when I picked it up, the chain was in worse condition. The owner was rude and said they aren't responsible. Later, I paid $700 for another chain, but it was also broken. When I went back, the owner was very rude and refused to help. She wrote "no exchange" on the bill. Iām very upset with the poor quality, high prices, and bad customer service.Ā
Customer service is crap, shop need to change the girl immediately otherwise she is taking the business down the hill super fastĀ
