Super easy to work with! Showed up during their window, called me ahead to make sure I was home, and after seeing the carpeted areas, got to work. Was fast and professional. Will definitely use again in the future.
Zach was professional, courteous, and set proper expectations. He went above and beyond on an area a previous company didn't get clean.
Excellent service. I was amazed at how close he got to the base boards and the citrus smell is very nice.
Zack did a PHENOMENAL job!!! He showed us pictures of our ventilation system before and after and the results were AMAZING. He pulled stuff out of our vents that another company failed to get. We also had our 13 year old carpets cleaned and it looks like we laid new carpeting!!! We will DEFINITELY be repeat customers. ZEROREZ is our go-to company for HVAC and carpet cleaning!! Thanks Zack!!!!
The carpet is looked the same after cleaning nothing changed just like the it was. So I highly not recommend them
