I was so happy to see my technician, Tim, at the agreed-upon time. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The carpet looks good...he got a Sharpie stain out of the carpet. I hear they do grout also...which may call for another visit. Thank you, Tim, and Happy New Year...good riddance 2020!
