Not worth the value. Way over priced and do not get your carpet clean! Even left streaks after cleaning.
Terrible practices when it comes to hiring and staff; they dont value human decency they only care about taking pictures of their work so they cant be sued. Dont trust this company to enter your home, you dont want them knowing where you live.
Scheduled carpet, area rug and tile/grout cleaning service on 2 Mar, 2023. ************** OK - tile/grout terrible - area rug improperly cleaned. Tile was left with with semi-dried, sticky, residue pools all over - grout was unclean and had dried white residue in many areas. Had to lay towels on tile to walk. Got up in the middle of the night and spent 3 hrs cleaning tile with water, vinegar and alcohol before wife got up. Manager came out 4 days later and confirmed issues. Recleaned area rug on the spot. Short version, this is a bait and switch operation you should avoid. They are looking to get the one hook and move on with marketing their zero-residue witchcraft. Over the phone I was upfront about everything I had going on and got a $116 quote over the phone for a 10x14' area with a few dog urine spots (Baiting). The Tech arrived and said it needed what they call a Biological Cleaning - Level 2 Sub extraction ($75/gal) to get the urine out (Switch). The technician said with complete confidence it would work. The service was not up to par, the guy who did our carpet was lazy at best, his excuses where unacceptable on why certain parts of the carpet did not get cleaned, we ill never ever use this service again, a mediocre job and what they charged us was very unfair, they also cleaned our tile but left the edges wet they did not dry the outer parts of the tile that hits the wall, not happy with the service.
