I was so pleased with the results. I had pet stains and the carpet results were outstanding. I didn't even do the pre pet stain treatment. Our carpet guy was very polite and informative. The price was great. I expected much higher. I highly recommend Zerorez.

Chris S was my technician and did a great job. He showed up early and called me to let me know that he would be early and can start earlier if I was available. We had 1 L shape couch that needed a cleaning and the couch looks good and smells good. I’d use them again 10/10

They were super professional, super efficient and the customer service was phenomenal.
Kevin was very thorough in cleaning our carpets and made sure casters we're put underneath furniture to eliminate rusting also left us some booties so we can walk around while carpet dries ... so thoughtful and prompt, even left us a bottle of spot cleaner ... went beyond expectations!🙏 I am so grateful.
