Trey from Zerorez was very personable. He arrived on time and made sure I understood everything that he did. My stairs and upstairs area looks beautiful because of his fine work. This is my second time using this company and will always go to them for carpet cleaning. Keep up the good work!
Great communication, was able to initiate and schedule over text which I prefer. The technician showed up on time, did a thorough job, explained everything that he was doing. Took his time to answer and discuss all questions and options. we had our 2 living room areas and basement game room done, all high traffic and high use areas. Carpets came out much much cleaner than I had expected. Will definitely have them come out again for the other rooms when we are ready.

ZEROREZ customer service is excellent. I was able to schedule within 24 hours, and add service the morning of. Which I was very grateful for. I did 3 rooms, a sectional, and a recliner. One room and a portion of the sectional had pet stains from dirt and saliva. I was quite disappointed when the sectional didn't look any different and the one carpet didn't come out quite as good as I had hoped.
