Amazing customer service and product. First time using zerorez and we will definitely use them again. There isnt that nasty smell you get with a lot of the carpet cleaners and the carpet looks and feels great. One of my grandsons just started crawling so it's great for him.

Well actually I used to love Zerorez. I used it many times. I used it late 2018 and they did the worst job at 400.00 for 3 rooms. I got all the extras. I decided to try one more time. I took the 3 rooms for $133.00. I only have 2 small bedrooms but I thought that was very reasonable, $100.00 for protectant which I am not certain I received. I got 10 small chairs cleaned at 10.00 a piece. I ended up paying near 400.00 gave the guy a 25.00 tip. After he left, I went to the kitchen chairs they were dry.
