I've used Zerorez twice since buying my home and each time the technician was on-time, courteous, and professional. I advised the scheduler that we'd had two puppies and there were areas that needed special attention. I had the option to decline special treatment to remove pet "biologics", but after seeing the "accident" areas under blacklight, chose to proceed with this additional service. I like the idea that my carpets will be truly clean and soft. I'll use them again!

I had my appt today 6/29 with your technician Paul S. He was absolutely wonderful, so nice. He explained everything well. He answered my questions. We have 4 rescue dogs. Thankfully they do not mess in the house but they do run in and out with there muddy paws and fur flying everywhere. Paul made our carpets look great. I am a long time customer and i will continue to be a long time customer. Always a great experience. Thank you
I had heard from several of my clients that Zerorez did a great job So I referred them to one of my clients and just stayed with the technician Darrell throughout the entire home carpet cleaning process. Darrell was courteous and professional and we ended up cleaning all of the carpets throughout the entire 2400 square-foot house and the pricing was great. I will recommend Zerorez to future clients for carpet cleaning.
