I dropped a whole bag of juices on my tile and beige carpeting and my pomegranate concentrate and my tart cherry concentrate both broke and shattered everywhere. first I put club soda,bottles of it over this big huge stain then I called Zero Rez and they came within a very short time and my carpet looks gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier and I’m not crying anymore! My carpet guy couldn’t have been nicer or more friendly and calming if he was my own relative! Thank you Zero Rez!
Excellent service, Very efficient
Technician very nice. there is the $15 “disposal” scam fee not included in the 3 room “special”. My carpets do not look good but they are still wet. This is my second attempt with zero Rez they do not get carpets as clean as J Duke carpets and floor cleaning. My Bad for trying again

So while our standard cleaning process (non-bio treatments/sealer, etc) is certified green, we cannot account for what is extracted out of a customer’s home. Great communication throughout the whole process. Robert was on time, honest and polite. I had 2 area rugs and one room with wall to wall, I thought the price was fair- even after I upgraded the cleaning option on one of the rugs. The carpets look and smell great!
