Their customer service is great. A person called before coming to announce the carpet person would be at our home shortly. When that person came, he introduced himself. Jesse was professional, courteous, friendly and timely. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Actually, he was better than any person we’ve ever had cleaning our rugs. He even explained why he was doing what he was doing, such as the protection on the carpeting. Our rugs turned out soft. They had no crunchy feeling to them.
They are courteous, work hard, do a real good 👏 job.both Darell and Jason were all of the above today!
