I sooo needed my tiles and grout cleaned after 3 yrs. They had never been sealed after the installation with the builder and started looking horrible even after cleaning. I decided doing the cleaning and sealing would be easy... oh sure! After 5 hrs on a Saturday doing only a portion I was done and called Zerorez and within an hour my tiles looked like the first day of walkthrough in our new house.
