The tech was knowledgeable, worked slowly and meticulously. Watching the process was the best as I watched the dirt disappear out of my carpeting. He answered my questions which gave me a lot of confidence in this unique steam carpet process. He also chose to rake the 2000 sq footage of carpet twice which assured a true “lift” of the fibers.
