we've been using Zerorez for about 15 years. they do great work and are reasonably priced. we use them for rugs, upholstery and tile! the results are always fantastic. we recommend them not only for the quality of their work, but for the quality of the individuals who work for them. they were on time. the in home agent was very pleasant, and efficient. they cleaned my whole upstairs for under $300 and there is no after smell. I feel like the job they did will be better overall then past carpet cleaners and hopefully get some of that left over rez out as well.
