Very professional and friendly
The carpets dry very quickly. I have a problem with one of the policies about moving furniture. I also thought spots were pretreated before the cleaning process began. I had to do some spot cleaning after the technician left. I was not as pleased this time.
Trey and Marcus are absolutely remarkable! Very thorough, informative and professional. They explained the whole service, had me check throughout the clean to show the difference it was making and ensure I was satisfied at the end. They even took extra time to give me a quote on my tile while they were here. The carpets look phenomenal! My carpets are seven years old and I've had high traffic and kids and pets and I am truly impressed with the results!
if you mean recommend how to better I not sure u can get better..im pleased on how much better my carpet looks then any other cleaning company's do it
