RecommendedIn and out in an hour for four rooms and a closet. Prompt, courteous and professional. Would prefer technician wear the foot coverings and also cover their nose with the mask, but overall nicely done. Thank you!

Zerorez was great! Called to give me a “30 minute out” warning. Showed up promptly when they said they were coming. Carpet looks good and smells nice. Tech was nice and helpful too.

I was somewhat disappointed that my appointment was overbooked so my technician did not arrive until 30 minutes after my time window I had confirmed and requested several weeks prior. I've used Zerorez for many years and this is the first time that someone didn't come in the timeframe that was promised. I did have to shift my schedule around but I made it work. Would not recommend had it not been for the Tech who cleaned my carpet. Timeline was not met. I called to assess the problem-company DID not call me. Was told the truck broke down with first Tech-was sending another. Sarah, the Tech who did the job was cordial, super knowledgeable, even though she was a relatively new hire, professional and did a mega job. Company was a disappointment but Tech was above board.

Aww where do I start?! Zero Rez carpet cleaner Quinton did a great job! He went over the carpet several times and explained to me every step of the way Why he was doing it. Even offered to clean my duct work. Up until this point I was a Stanley steamer faithful but not anymore! When it comes to skill,politeness,customer service,and technique zero Rez is 2nd to none, thank you Quinton I’ll request you for my next appointment
