RecommendedPrice was very reasonable. Had the 3 room for $99 special. Our technician was Freddy. He was very polite and professional. Arrived on time and called to let us know he was on the way. Carpet looks great.

I learned alot from the two techs that came to the house to clean my brother's carpets. I appreciated how each thing was explained in detail to me. I got to observe what they were doing and how they tackled some tough stains. The before and after left me awe strucked. I took photos and shared with friends. WOW!
Zerorez could not have made this any easier. He called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived promptly. The process was quick and amazing. He used special treatment on specific areas. I couldn’t be more pleased!
Luke’s Long was professional and gave me information on cleaning my bathroom grout the next time. He suggested annual cleaning for my area rug which I will adhere to. He did a wonderful job cleaning the rug and I would recommend him to all. Although, I do want to save him for me next year!! Great company, great cleaning, wonderful results. Ease of scheduling as well!!!
