I have used them several times over the years. Always great outcome and the technicians that come to the house are always very friendly and take the time to go over things with you. I like how the carpet is damp when they are done and not wet.
They did an AMAZING job on “toddler carpets”. They look brand new. We have had several come and not able to get out certain stains that Zerorez was able to get out in a fraction of the time and with less equipment. We will only use them going forward.
Mustapha was on time and did a wonderful job. Our 14 year old dog had been having accidents the past year due to Diabetes and he was able to get all the stains and smell out. I am a Realtor with Mark Steward Team and I recommend Zerorez to all my listings to get the house prepared! Great job to your staff!
i was notified of the arrival at the beginning of the 3 hr window and he arrived in 15 minutes. The service was excellent! All spots were removed. Only took about an hour. Technician was polite and professional. I highly reccomend Zerorez!
