Quinton was my technician and he was so nice and friendly. my carpet I thought was going yo have to be replaced it was so dark and nasty. when he got done it looked like he put in brand new carpet. I dont know what kind of magic he has in the back of his van but it definitely worked a miracle!!!!!! I'm going to have them come back and do my tile floors also
