RecommendedJust had a wonderful experience with Zerorez cleaning my rugs and carpets this morning! The tech, Ray, did a wonderful job and was diligent on getting a couple of stains out to our satisfaction! He was professional polite and prompt! I’ve used them several times and their service and prices keep me coming back! Give them a try...they have some great September specials!
Mr. Freddie, was very professional while cleaning my house floors.. He did a super job cleaning my floors. He also, took the time to chat with me while cleaning the floors. He had a great attitude, and he was very friendly.😊
On times and did a good job. It made the carpet look better, didn’t remove all of the stains. Very polite and well informed.
The technician arrived on time and did a walk through of the house before he got started. He pointed out areas to me that were heavily soiled from high traffic area and gave me realistic expectations about how the carpet would look once cleaned and dried. After the cleaning I was given the opportunity to review the job and make sure the carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the work done and will definitely call them again and recommend to others.

I paid $370 for 6 rooms and 3 rugs but my big rug did not get cleaned well, which was $57 of the $370. The tech Aaron was a very nice and friendly guy though. I even tipped him. 1. Was told 3 to 4 hours to dry. Most took about 10 hours and family room took 12 good hours. Only the rugs dried pretty quickly. 2. Carpet looked great until it dried, then you could see all that was missed. 3. The edge of carpet in family room was still dirty once it dried. 4.
