Our cleaning service was great. The carpet had not been professionally cleaned in 4 years. They arrived on schedule and answered all my questions before the cleaning started. Price was fair for what we had done. If you have your carpet cleaned I suggest removing as much of the furniture as possible prior to and vacuum well. This helped get the carpet really clean. If you can, leave your stuff off the carpet for a full 24hrs to let it completely dry and vacuum one more time. That gets any residual hair out. The cleaner was ve... read more
Carpets came out great and my rugs are old. Our service tech was couteous and hard working. They did my mother's carpets too and she also was pleased. I would recommend. Prices are great.
Sarah, the technician, was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She gave a fair assessment of the carpets and they looked SOOO much better when they were cleaned. I wish I had taken a before and after picture of our upstairs hallway because it looked brand new!
