They are great! they were on time, the technician was very friendly and my carpet looks amazing!! The only negative I would say is the price, they are very pricey! I live in an apartment and just cleaning the living room and one bedroom was over $200..
The tech was very sweet and knowledgeable. This is my second time using This company. First time carpet was excellent ;however, this time I was not satisfied my carpets did not come as clean as I was hoping for.
