RecommendedZerorez Raleigh is great! My technician Lukas was on time and very polite. My carpets turned out cleaner than I could have possibly expected. I would definitely recommend them for any carpet cleaning needs.
They love to advertise that your carpet cleaning service is 100 dollars for 3 rooms but they don’t tell you all the hidden fees you will get until they arrive. So a very small house under 1100 square feet with carpets that were cleaned 6 months ago BY YOUR COMPANY btw, is now 365 dollars. Yeah ok. I’ll call someone else. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I will NEVER use this company again.

Easy to schedule, efficient but thorough, very polite and professional, and carpets are clean! On time (early side of the window, which is what I assume most people would prefer), and here for a reasonable amount of time. Upfront about the minor spots that would never come out (which we knew already, in light of what we knew was spilled to make the spots). I really don't know what else they could have done to make it a better experience!
Great service!! On time and the work was excellent!! Rugs look brand NEW!!
