Highly disappointed in our latest service with Zerorez. We have used them several times over the years and found them to be very professional and did a great job. However this last time was horrible. We left several messages for the manager (Jennifer I think) to contact us with no response. We had our sofas done and we assumed that the same technology would be used as the carpets - they used a very strong smelling perfume spray on the furniture which got all over our laminate flooring.
