Used them and was misquoted while they were in my house. Was told based on the home and what I wanted, it’d be an $80 up charge. It wasn’t until after they did everything that they gave me a correct quote of $100 more than the uncharged quote they gave while looking at the carpet...apparently asking for a quote of all the up charges, they figured only quoting some of them to get me to say yes was the best way to get my money. Shady.

Their prices are unbeatable and products are environmentally safe for me and my family, which is paramount to for our physical and mental health.
I hired them to remove spilled collard green juice out the back seat of my wife’s car. The service technician was polite and professional but mentioned he had never cleaned a car before. When the service was completed it was still green and smelled terrible. I called customer service who said I should wait 48 hours for their solution to take affect which I did.
