I wanted Zerorez because they don’t use soap or strong chemicals. Their process does not leave any residue yet my carpet and wool rugs are so fresh and clean. They explain the process and recommendations after looking at your rugs and carpets. Very professional and knowledgeable! I will definitely use again!!
The rep was very courteous and professional. The sectional couch looks so much cleaner, almost like new. He did a great job explaining everything, including follow up Instructions for pet safety.
We had the pleasure of Marcus with Zerorez-Raleigh come out to clean our Raleigh location - Rimmer Insurance office, they were able to get both our carpets and grout today. Marcus did a wonderful job and was able to remove quite a few of our older, hard stains! He was professional, polite and prompt! Give them a try...they always have some great specials!
