12/11/2020 They were prompt, explained everything. I had a couple of major stains, he explained the chemical breakdown of the stains. The cost was reasonable and the carpet looks great and smells good. My Technician was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and a very polite young man. I’m sorry I forgot his name.

Lucas did an awesome job cleaning my carpet and rugs! He was very conscious about maintaining distance and kept his face covered the entire time. My house smells extra, extra fresh!
