Recommendedfriendly on time good job
We have 10yo carpet that has suffered through housetraining kittens and puppies, pet accidents, and senior/ill pets. No matter how we tried, we couldn't keep it from staining. We didn't expect miracles, but unless you knew where the stains were, you'd not see them now. It's an amazing job. Our tech was friendly, polite, on time, efficient, and knowledgeable. Carpets look fantastic. Wish I had done this sooner. Will definitely have this done again.
This is our second cleaning with Zerorez Raleigh. Again, they did a wonderful job. Our technician went above and beyond his duties. He was very professional and did an excellent job. Our carpet looks and smells amazing!
