We have used Zerorez twice, once to clean a wall to wall carpet with old pet stains, once to clean a carpet with some mildew near an outside door, and to clean upholstered furniture in the same visit. Ray did a great job both times! He explained the process clearly. The carpet and furniture will be damp for a few hours after cleaning. The furniture was more labor intensive than carpets, because all the sides and pillows take more time. I will definitely have them again.
Great communication, and done an excellent job on our carpet. Carpet looks like new. Definitely would recommend them.
I am not satisfied with my service today. My carpet was not pretreated for spots and problem areas. My carpet did not look cleaned, just wet. I discussed my displeasure with the technician. He rushed through cleaning the carpet. He offered to call the office for me to discuss but I called myself. Not happy with my results.

Techs seem to be concerned about doing a good job. Very helpful!!
Technician Manager Ray Smith took extra time to ensure the project was completed prior to leaving. This was a 4.5 hour job with many challenges. I was pleased with his results.
