The technician Raymond Ziviski gave me valuable information on how to care for my carpet. I must say he did an amazing job cleaning it. The scheduler was also very courteous and Raymond was on time.

The scheduler and technician have been very courteous and professional. Our rug was just picked up by the technician today, so I am unable to rate the cleaning at this point. So far, so good!

Raymond did a great job on our carpet! Very much appreciated the heads up that he would arrive at the end of our window due to added rooms at another location - most companies don't do that - and then he arrived exactly when he said he would!
