Professional, knowledgeable service, in and out fairly quickly, and the place smells and looks brand new!
The technician was polite, professional and personable. He arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done, and got started promptly. The process uses a hot water extraction, exactly as recommended by the carpet manufacturer. Our carpet looks beautiful and stain free! Thanks Fred and Zerorez!

after neglecting our carpets for 15 years we decided to get them cleaned to see if maybe it would bring some life back into them. Not only was our tech super nice and knowledgeable, he was able to bring our carpets back to life! Even getting out stains I never thought would come up! We will definitely be using zerorez again!!
