Ray was timely, professional, friendly and explained everything completely. He removed stubborn pet stains we couldn’t tackle for years, and ensured I was happy with the results. He was upfront with final pricing before he started and gave me deals where he could. They are not the cheapest company but you get what you pay for - I’ve never had a cleaning anywhere near this thorough!
Zero Rez is very professional, the experience was a very good one. The technician addressed all of our concerns and took care of all the problems and the carpet looks great. I highly recommend Zero Rez!
