We have used other carpet cleaners in the past and have not been pleased with the results. I heard the Zerorez commercial on the radio and decided to give them a call. Couldn't have been more pleased with quality of their work and professionalism of the technicians. Will definitely recommend them and continue to be a customer.
We are very pleased with the professional service received from Joel today He was upfront and thorough about the charges, and reviewed them again when finished. He also used corner protectors so not to scrape the walls when the hose was taken into each room. The carpet looks clean again and the rooms smell fresh, not fragranced or musty. Thank you! We will call for an estimate on air ducts next, since we didn't know you offered that service also. BDawson
I was very pleased at the job Steve did in cleaning our carpet. He also did an excellent job in explaining what he was doing as well as answering my questions. Job well done.
I have used other carpet cleaning services before and most were good. And all, if not most, of them had some sort of a unique angle to their process verses other companies process, ie something that set them a part. Zerorez uses a chemical free process. Comparing the results so far to what I used in the past, Zerorez KC is the only company to that had clearly better results. I wish I had used them before.
