We had a butterscotch malt spilled on our lighter-colored couch, and it sat there for many hours. John came out and cleaned it and the entire stain is gone. Zerorez Kansas City is impressive and awesome, and we will be recommending them to everyone we know! Thanks, guys!

Had Steve come by our home and he did a fantastic job of taking care of our carpet pet issues in addition to overall cleaning. He called to let me know when he would be there and then was on time - - which is wonderful in the home service industry - - no sit around and wait all day! Then our carpets turned out great! No more pet odor!! Definitely will use them again and would recommend them.
Zerorez (Steve and Brett) came out and cleaned our 10 year old carpet yesterday - WOW what a difference!! The techs were very professional and very knowledable and were able to provide so much information. They did an excellant job!!

Joel did a very good job of examining the carpets, explaining the charges, and quickly and carefully completing the job on some "not the best" carpets in a rental house. Due to this first experience, I will be calling them back to work in my home.
We've used Zerorez twice now to do regular cleanings to our carpets, as well as clean up some pet problem areas, with great results each time. The most recent time, we also utilized their tile/grout cleaning service, which got that area of the house cleaner than we've ever seen it. The technicians are friendly, professional, explain the costs clearly and are not pushy about add-on sales - we'll definitely be using them again in the future.
