We've hired several carpet cleaning companys over the years and weren't impressed with any of them. We have a few pets and you can imagine what that means. My wife did an internet search specific to Pet Stains and Zerorez stood out with their process and products so we gave them a try. I am very impressed with tye ease and organization of the appointment process, a call in the day of service prior to the visit, an accurate estimate of the work & cost and of course the results. We had some stains I was concerned about and the carpets all look great! Joel was professional, friendly, efficient and considerate. I would definitely recommend supporting this locally-owned company!
