Very professional carpet cleaning service! They answered phone, called, and came out exactly when they said they would. Justin explained everything thoroughly and was very polite and accommodating. And the carpets look great! Stains came out that I didn't expect to.
John was very conscientious, thorough, friendly and courteous. It was the best carpet cleaning I've ever had done.
Called for an appointment and they were able to make it out the next day. John called ahead of time to give me a pretty solid estimated time of arrival and then showed up on time as scheduled. Was in and out of here within about an hour and a half. I feel like the work that they done, the pricing was fair. We had our family room and master bedroom and bath cleaned. The technicians at Zerorez are very professional and very respectful when they are in your home. They do an excellent job of cleaning and work with you to make sure you get the best pricing possible. We never use anyone else!
Adam called ahead of time and gave me heads up about his arrival time. He answered all my questions and I felt like he went the extra mile on the carpet. Very nice and polite. Would highly recommend him and Zerorez.
Jacob cleaned my carpets this morning and he did an excellent job. He was very friendly and made sure I was satisfied with the job. My carpets look amazing. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Jacob.
