RecommendedI heard about Zerorez from E.J. and Ellen on KMBZ. Everything they advertise is true. Service was VERY friendly and professional, on time and VERY reasonably priced. Riley was our technician and he did a beautiful job, our carpets look fantastic. The communication skills of the person who I set up my appointment with and the technician were great. I would HIGHLY recommend Zerorez and will definitely have them clean my carpets again next time.
This is the second time that We have used Zerorez and absolutely love the service! My 17 year old carpets look amazing each time. We have an older dog who is prone to messes as she’s gotten older but our carpets look and smell great with the extra spray. Jacob has been our serviceman each time and we really appreciate him. He is both professional and nice and educates us on what he’s doing. They are definitely our go to company!
The technicians who came to clean our carpet were prompt and arrived on time. Our carpet looks excellent and the technicians were very helpful in explaining the process and making recommendations based on our carpet type and the fact we have two dogs. We will definitely be using Zerorez again soon for our basement! Excellent service and prices!
