RecommendedCalled 15 minutes before arriving as we were told they would. Explained everything beforehand & agreed on the price. Did an EXCELLENT job...we had some old pet stains that he got out completely. Our cleaner’s name was Jacob. He was very professional & courteous. We will use them again!!

Whenever I have a nasty spill on the carpet or just wear and tear from life, I always call Zerorez. They just successfully removed a salsa stain from my dining room carpet. No chemicals or smells to bother my allergies, polite and hard working service people, and reasonably priced! They are the best!
Had our whole townhouse done today. Service was fantastic. The rugs have never looked better. Technician was very thorough and friendly. Highly recommend👍
