I have just moved to Lee’s Summit from Texas. The house we purchased needed the carpets cleaned so we chose Zerorez because they don’t use chemicals to clean the carpets . Micah did a great job, he was very professional, friendly, and was very good at explaining what might happen to the spots I had on the carpets. I highly recommend this company.

Very friendly customer service. The tech was right on time, very efficient and personable. The carpet looks much better and the fact that there are no chemicals used is a definite plus.
Eric was fantastic today. Very thorough and very polite! I recommend Zerorez to anyone wanting their carpets and area rugs cleaned. I've had them come out twice now and not disappointed either time.
