punctual, careful to not break anything, did an excellent job on the furniture, very polite, wore shoe protectors, they left a complimentary bottle of spot remover.
Technician very professional, walked all areas to be cleaned. Had two lightweight pieces of furniture to be moved, technician accommodated, floors look great.
