RecommendedEd was great and very informative. He answered all my questions and explained the process. I find it amazing my carpet looked so amazing and smelled so fresh without the use of detergents. I would highly recommend Zerorez and will be using them again in the future to clean everything!
Great Job by Ed he did a bang up job on our tile floors.
Low marks because Technician did not use corner protectors in our master bedroom so scuff marks appear on walls and baseboards. Not real pleased since both were just painted. Carpet was cleaned ok.
A young man knocked on my door he asked if he could show me a demo on my carpets or tile I told him all I had was hard wood floors he said he could clean them he did a amazing job on my floors they look new and it smells so fresh inside my home ed is a awesome tech who loves his job and it shows I will use them again and I will request ed
ZeroRez will be my only carpet cleaners from now on. My 20 year old carpet looks practically new. Ed cleaned my son's carpet and because of the dog they used the pre-treat and the fiber protection. He was extremely pleased with the result. Since we have pets I got those options too, so the carpets will be easier to keep clean next time. Ed is a great guy! Punctual, hard-working and friendly. As a Realtor, I'm going to be recommending ZeroRez often!
Nobody can make a 25 year carpet look new, but my Zerorez Technician, Ed, came close. I've used a home model shampooer over the years, but never got as deep as the cleaning system he used. May not put my area rugs back in place, my carpet looks so bright. At the end, Ed showed me a sample of the water after it had passed thru the carpet. Dark with two decades of dirt & foamy from previous superficial shampoo treatments. Very satisfied with the results, pricing & time taken. Thank you, Ed, & Zerorez!
Ed was great! He explained everything about the process, was very thorough and did an amazing job. I like that this is a very green way to clean my carpets and furniture that’s safe for myself and my pets.
