Very professional from opening the door, showed up on-time, knowledgeable about different types of materials used in both carpets and upholstery fabrications AND got straight to work. Very happy with the service and LOVE how the carpet looks, feels and NO chemical odor. Will definitely use them (Ed) again and will recommend without hesitation.

Good experience and very informative and very cleam
Ed did a great job on our carpets this morning. He was at the early end of the time range I picked, personable, listened to our questions about a couple spots and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time. He’s very knowledgeable about Zerorez products and I love that our carpets were not soaking wet when he was done. I will call him again next time!

Outstanding service !!! They called me right at 8am to let me know they are on the way... Ed was so nice and explained every step of each cleaning he was performing ... everything looks great all 3 bedrooms and my sofas look just like new !!! I highly recommend it and ask for Ed !
