We had another very popular cleaning service come out on the day before Christmas Eve to clean dog and cat odors upstairs before the Holidays. After 48 hrs, the carpet hadn't fully dried and the smell permeated the house. I was going to have them come back and re-do the space, but remembered Dale Jackson from the AM radio show had recommended ZERORez - so called them. I have nothing but great things to say!!?? I have been a property manager for over 10 years, and I have used contractors and carpet cleaning companies all over the US-- Now I am an expectant mom and stay at home wife, and my husband and I just closed on a home that was a foreclosure-- everyone told me my carpets would never come clean!! Not only did they come clean but they smell good-- and Todd was very nice, very polite, and fast on time. Excellent service!! WILL recommend to everyone!!
Wonderful service and my carpets look fantastic! I was given a time window, and Todd called me to let me know he was able to be early. Love it! He was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he would do, and he did not even make a face when I showed him the stains on the carpet. ;) My carpets were a mess with two kids and a dog, and now they look and feel great. He even got out those questionable stains. Thank you, Todd and I will have you come once a year.
Awesome!!! Very pleased with service, my carpet looks like new. Would definitely recommend them.
