Carpet has never looked better. The gentleman who came was polite and professional.
I live in a high rise and this is the first time I have used this company. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. He used a portable machine that must be used in my building. He did an excellent job and was careful not to leave any trace of having been there. The areas he called look fabulous! I will use this company again and will tell my neighbors in this building.
My technician was great!! He got the job done, took off the stains from my sofa and my room. I got 4 rooms a sectional sofa done and one walking closet. Very professional, kind and great attitude.
Bait and switch tries to upsell and changes prices once they show up Them: 3 rooms get 1 free Me: it’s two bedrooms , living room and a small hallway. Also them: sorry , since you don’t have a 4th bedroom, the hallway doesn’t count and will be extra! lol! Hard pass on this group of clowns! stay away Zero stars
