The Zerorez person arrived in a timely manner and was professional. He did a good job. The carpet looks great.

*Update - Disappointed. The call center is not affiliated with company. They did not have their enzyme cleaner avaialable and did not know when it would be back. Instead they wanted to cover up with scent. I thought this was zerorez's selling point, to have no leftovers residue or scent. I canceled the service.
