Great customer service starting with the phone call with Jack, professional and in a great mood, to the day of service with Guillermo, he was on time and professional. Great prices as well.
They responded quickly, were able to do my job in a few days, communicated well and did a great job on the carpet on our stairs and the upstairs bedrooms. They cleaned several upholstered pieces and took a big area rug to their shop so they could provide a better drying process. All in all, I’m very pleased. Thank you!
We are longtime customers of Zerorez and they are great. Today our technician was Ronny, and he did an absolutely perfect job! He was prompt, courteous, informative and a hard worker. We will request him when we schedule our next service. Our furniture and rugs look wonderful. Jose & Daniel just cleaned our couch & loveseat, 2 area rugs, & the dryer vent. They are great workers & did a fantastic job!
