I recommend Jacob. The product is only as good as the person applying it. Jacob was thorough, detailed and skilled at his job. He came into my home and was polite and gracious. I have used only Zero Rez to clean these carpets for 20 years. Jacob ask the age of the carpet and was quite surprised when I told him. Zero Rez is a great product.
