Zerorez was prompt and courteous!! Meticulously cleaned my kitchen tiles more than expected. Looks like new again. 2 carpeted rooms were cleaned as well. All 3 rooms felt dry to the touch after 4 hours. Very impressed. However, the rep on the phone assured me we will be given booty socks and provided plastic runners so we can walk on the damp carpet that evening. We were not offered that by the technician. Other than that, I’m happy with the work!!!!
ZeroRez SoCal did an extraordinary job again today cleaning my carpeting, 2 runners and 2 chairs. Eduardo was very friendly, efficient and did a GREAT JOB. I have used ZeroRez twice before and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them.

I like the system of cleaning with water and not chemicals!!!!! All the floor spaces - rug and tile are very clean and look beautiful!!!! And the rugs are dry in 10 - 12 hr. So we are very happy with the end result!!!!!
