Terrible. The only reason it is two stars is because the technician was nice. We had one room, one set of stairs, a chair and one sofa. The technician tried but could not clean the chair, sofa and spots in the room. We were sure we would have to buy new furniture. My wife said lets try pulling off the cushion covers and throw them in the washer. Low and behold, they came clean as new. Our cost was over $500 and a waste of money.
